These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bukmin mobile application (the "App") provided by Bukmin ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Bukmin is a platform that lets you discover beauty and wellness salons, view their services, and book appointments. We act as an intermediary between you and independent salons and service providers. We do not provide the salon services ourselves and are not responsible for their quality, performance, or conduct.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• You register using your phone number and verify it via a one-time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.

3. Bookings

• When you book through the App, you enter into an arrangement directly with the salon or service provider.
• Availability, pricing, cancellation, and refund policies are set by each salon and may vary.
• We are not liable for a salon's cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, or refusal of service.
• You agree to honour your bookings or cancel within the salon's stated policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Make false, abusive, or speculative bookings.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App or its systems.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, logos, and content (excluding content you or salons provide), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your profile photo). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely to operate and provide the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that salon information is always accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any services provided by salons. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users, salons, or us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising in connection with the App fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
