Bukmin acts as a technology enabler and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of salon services.

While Bukmin uses secure technologies and industry-standard protection methods, users acknowledge that no digital platform can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted operation at all times. Bukmin is not liable for data breaches caused by user negligence or third-party attacks beyond its control.

All software, branding, interface designs, logos, visual assets, and platform content associated with Bukmin remain the intellectual property of Bukmin and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.

Bukmin may integrate with third-party providers including payment gateways, cloud hosting services, analytics platforms, SMS providers, and communication tools. By using Bukmin, users acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Bukmin is not liable for their actions or data practices.

Bukmin reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, features, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with Bukmin shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
